Interested in plans for public transit improvements, particularly connections between Cincinnati's two major employment centers, Uptown and Downtown.

In light of the fact that most municipalities in Hamilton County, expecially the City of Cincinnati are experiencing financial difficulties, what are the chances that there will be efforts to create some form of regional governance in the next few years?
